how to find madam nazar

Can't find Madam Nazar on the map?

I met with Madam Nazar the first time to see if I could receive the collectors bag for free since I collected the cards in GTA last week. But I denied her request when I saw it would cost me 15 GB, I wanted to check again today but she doesn't show up on the map?

She is south of Thieves Landing, she moves every 24 hours to another location.

I cannot find her either, her icon doesn't show up on the map for me, i purchased the bag,i dont have any acrive maps from her, as ive completed them, a bit frustrated because i want to sell my items i have to her, and would like to purchase another map.

I faced the same problem today. Normally, when I start a new game with an active map from Madam Nazar, she does not show up on the map but when I successfully collect the items on her active map, she reappears. But it's different this time. I've completed all her active collectibles during my last playthrough and quit the game as I was too tired to travel to her location in order to cash in my collection. However, when I launched my game today, her map icon was nowhere to be scene. I don't even have a collectible map to start an active set of collectibles. I want to buy a new map and cash in my collection but I can't find her anywhere. I'm pretty sure it's just another one of RDRO's glitches. Here's hoping R* will fix it soon.

She travels, today near Thieves Landing, saw it on the sub earlier

I can not find her on my map and I just finish the map she just gave me

Can't find her either, been everywhere including Thieves Landing, she isn't on the map for me.

I think it's a glitch her not showing on the map. SW of thieves below some railroad tracks is where I found her

She's below T.L. pretty close by Manteca Falls but shes on the road.

I see that after 4 months it still isn't fixed, I even still need to buy the bag from her and she is already not showing up anymore

2 years later and the bug is still there. R* is such a great company

She's at the same spot as before (across the lake from hamish) for some reason she doesn't have a blip on the map

Does she really move around though? I never read this anywhere

Guys I can pretty much confirm that, if you have an active map from her she will not be on the map. However if you discard or finish the map she will be back on.

Does anybody know where she's currently at on the map? I've noticed people saying her location changes every 24 hours and this post was from 9 days ago so I'm sure it's changed. I'm currently having the same issue where her blip isn't on the map anywhere.

Here icon wasn't on the map or the list today for me. I went to the empty place on the map where was supposed to be and sure enough she was there. Go figure.
